What's in your freezer sticks? Are they non-toxic?
All of our freezer gels consist of purified water and a non-toxic cooling agent. We use international testing labs for all of our products which meet U.S. standards for safety and toxicity.

• Freezer sticks are reusable.
• Freezer sticks are safe to store in your freezer until you want to use them.
• For best results, put the freezer stick only in the freezer for at least 4 hours. (collar can stay attached if applicable)
• If you have a double walled, freezer gel filled bottle, put the entire bottle into the freezer for at least 4 hours.
• If you have a double walled, freezer gel filled barware, put the entire item into the freezer for at least 4 hours. (Here's a tip: our double walled, freezer gel filled martini and wine glasses have detachable stems! Just screw the stems off for space saving nestability in your freezer!)
• If possible, use cold beverage when filling the bottle.
• Depending on the temperature conditions in your area, it should last between 2-4 hours.
