Will freezer gel keep my food/drink warm?
Our freezer gel has great insulating properties when it is at room temperature. However, DO NOT MICROWAVE ANY FREEZER GEL ITEMS, as the freezer gel can become very hot!

• All of our bottles are "Top Shelf" dishwasher-safe.
• We recommend washing all of our barware and freezer sticks by hand for best results.

How do I attach the freezer stick if it falls out of the cap or collar?
Turn the cap or collar upside down. You will notice slight raised ridges on the neck where the freezer stick gets inserted. These ridges are on two sides. Insert the freezer stick vertically in between these grooves. Once it's in, twist clockwise to lock in place. Twist counter-clockwise to release and pull out.
