The Cool Gear office is an energetic, bustling place full of eager and enthusiastic employees. Our offices reflect our outgoing and colorful personality with brightly painted walls, funky graphics, and a friendly atmosphere.

While our hardworking staff is always on-the-go (much like our products), we always make time for Pizza Day Fridays and holiday-centered festivities. We have two canine employees, Chili and Riley, who act as arm rests during meetings, invite themselves to share in people’s lunches, and dutifully announce when it’s 5 o’clock by knocking over people’s individual trash cans.
